Refund Policy

This policy covers Pitch Trainer Pro subscriptions sold by Ear & Pitch Training Studios LLC. How you bought decides who handles your refund.

Bought on our website

• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, except where required by law.
• If you think you were charged in error, were charged after canceling, or have another problem with a charge, email [email protected] with the email address you bought with. We review every request case by case and reply within a few business days.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime at trypitchtrainer.app/manage or by emailing us. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Bought in the app

Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those stores, and refunds are handled under their policies. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or in your Google Play account.
