About

Music belongs to people who can hear it

Pitch Trainer exists because too many musicians spend years reading notation without ever learning to recognize what they're playing. We built it to fix that.

Our mission

Make musical hearing ordinary

For most of music's history, the ability to identify what you're hearing was treated as a gift you either had or didn't. The research disagrees. Ear training is a learnable skill. It just needs the same kind of structured practice that any other skill needs.

We build tools that turn that practice into something you actually want to open. Sessions stay short, and the feedback stays honest.

What we believe

Three things we won't budge on

01

Pitch isn't a gift

Most people who think they have a bad ear have just never trained one. If you can hear the question mark in someone's voice, you have all the hardware you need.

02

Listen first

You don't learn languages by memorizing grammar. Same for music. We put hearing before theory, and keep sessions short enough to actually finish.

03

No streak theater

Your numbers reflect what your ear actually knows, not how many days you opened the app. If you skip a week, nothing punishes you.

Give your ears five minutes
