- Your device and OS (for example, iPhone 15 on iOS 18, or Pixel 8 on Android 15).
- A short description of what happened and what you expected instead.
- Screenshots if the issue is something you can see on screen.
Billing & subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. To manage, cancel, or request a refund, use your store account settings. If something still looks wrong, email us and we’ll help sort it out.
